Support the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation in Lewiston’s honour or memory. This is where Lewiston’s primary care took place, and he had a tremendous team of support here. If donating to this foundation, designating your funds to Neurosciences or Rotary Flames House will generate more support for SMA work and research.
